At Ministry of Scent, we want you to find your perfect olfactory match; however, due to the personal nature of fragrance, we can only accept returns on unopened, full-sized bottles in their original cellophane wrapping within 14 days of delivery.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your fragrance bottle is unopened, unused, and still in its original factory plastic seal, as opened products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.
Request Authorization
Email our concierge team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the dedicated return shipping address.
Pack Securely
Carefully package the item in its original shipping box with adequate padding to prevent breakage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.
Processing & Refund
Once our laboratory team inspects the returned item and confirms the seal is intact, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus a restocking fee.
