A shot of mezcal collides with rich cacao in this first fragrance from French Cowboy, the new brand by perfumer and Ministry of Scent alum, Ashley Santiago, and her partner in perfume and life, Adrien Ollat. Mezcal Chocolat was co-created by Ashley and French chef, Mathis Molinié.
The fragrance opens with a lime and salt rim together with smoky mezcal, rum extract and the fresh incense note of olibanum. The star of the fragrance is cacao absolute, blended here with creamy woods of Virginian cedar and cypriol.
