“Lucienne feels light, exuberant, and bright, like Stereolab’s music in fragrance form — an avant-pop band from the late 90s / early 2000s fronted by french singer Lætitia Sadier. Lucienne is a celebration and nods to Alissa’s French heritage, being named after her mother who grew up in Paris. And coincidentally, Leslie’s son’s middle name is Lucio, another riff on the latin word for light.”
