Are your fragrances authentic?
Yes, every fragrance at Ministry of Scent is sourced directly from the original perfume houses or their authorized distributors. We guarantee 100% authenticity for all niche and artisanal products in our collection.
Can I try a scent before committing to a full bottle?
Absolutely. We offer individual 2ml spray samples for almost every fragrance in our catalog. We highly recommend testing a scent on your skin to see how it develops before purchasing a full-sized bottle.
What is your return policy on fragrances?
Due to the cosmetic nature of our products, we can only accept returns on full-sized bottles that are unopened and still in their original cellophane wrap. Please note that samples and discovery sets are final sale.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. Please note that because perfumes contain alcohol, they must be shipped via ground transportation according to federal regulations.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and to select international territories where ground or specialized shipping is available. Please check our shipping page for a full list of eligible countries.
How should I store my perfume to ensure it lasts?
To preserve the integrity of the ingredients, store your bottles in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperature fluctuations, such as those found in a humid bathroom.
